Client base ranges from plc to private individuals including such organisations as HSBC Bank plc, London & Quadrant Housing Trust and Metropolitan Housing Trust.

The Directors:

Terry Gregson – Terry’s background is in general practice but his interest in construction and design has lead to his current specialisation in survey, particularly period residential, party wall and design. Has worked in the private sector since 1959. Has been a Fellow of the RICS since 1977.

David Hooker – David’s background is general practice but now specialising in valuation of both residential and commercial properties together with commercial landlord and tenant matters including rating. Has worked in the private sector since graduation in 1976. Has been a Fellow of RICS since 1992.
